I’ve created this blog to prepare and share delicious ketogenic recipes. I started my keto journey in March of 2018. I quickly realized a lot of the foods I previously enjoyed were off-limits. From then on, I’ve set out to create easy and simple recipes that would benefit the keto and low carb community as well as myself. You will find my recipes to be practical, interesting, and delicious; those factors are very crucial for sustaining a long-term lifestyle change.
The kitchen has always held a special spot in my heart. Cooking and baking was always a huge hobby of mine ever since I could remember. As a child, I would watch my mother cook and try to recreate her recipes with a twist of my own. As an adult, I found myself drawn to the kitchen even after a tiresome day at school or even work. Cooking for me is a way to relieve my stress and most importantly to have fun.
On a more personal level, I’m constantly trying to learn new things and become more educated about my health and well being. I graduated from the University of California, at Riverside with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. I find the human body fascinating and am passionate about helping others live a healthy lifestyle. I grew up struggling with weight-loss which pushed me to put myself out into the internet to inspire change. My goal is to take my previous experiences and help others. The world is getting sicker and sicker and it’s up to us as individuals to stop it!
