Crazy Simple Jalapeño Poppers

This one is so easy you’ll be wondering why I posted a recipe about it…

I enjoy the simple flavors in food. I also enjoy when I don’t have to buy a bunch of different ingredients to make a yummy appetizer.

Side Note: You can wrap bacon around the Jalapeños to up your fat 🙂

Crazy Simple Jalapeno Poppers

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes
Servings 10

Ingredients

  • 10 Japaleños medium sized
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with coconut oil.

  2. Slice the Jalapeños in half and remove all the seeds. Arrange in baking sheet. 

  3. Season jalapeños with salt and pepper. Fill the pepper halves with cream cheese and sprinkle with parmesan to finish it off. 

  4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
