A berry spin on my favorite cocktail drink. This one’s a winner!
You can use strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or even blackberries for this cocktail. Which one’s your favorite? I use blackberries because they are low carb and delicious. 😋 I often switch it up depending on what I’m craving that moment.
Also, I’d like to note that berries are very rich in polyphenols and are proven to have shown improvements in insulin resistant patients (YAY!). So, be sure to incorporate berries into everything: desserts, salads, smoothies, cocktails, ANYTHING.

Low Carb Blackberry Mojito
- 8 Mint Leafs
- 5 Blackberries
- 1/2 Lime
- 1 OZ White Rum
- 1 tsp Sweetener to taste
- 1/4 cup Club Soda
Muddle together mint leaves, berries, sweetener and lime in a cocktail shaker.
Add rum and ice cubes to the cocktail shaker and shake.
Pour mixture into a glass with ice.
Finish of with club soda and a mint leaf garnish.
