Mojitos are by far my favorite go-to drink so I had to make them low carb.
Give it a try, it’s refreshing and delicious.
Low Carb Mint Mojito
- 8 Mint Leafs
- 1/2 Lime pealed
- 1 OZ White Rum
- 1 tsp Sweetener to taste
- 1/4 cup Club Soda
Muddle together mint leaves, sweetener and lime in a cocktail shaker.
Add rum and ice cubes to the cocktail shaker and shake.
Pour mixture into a glass with ice.
Finish of with club soda and a mint leaf garnish.
I used a 0 calorie sweetener for my recipe. If you are using sugar alcohols or natural sweeteners, be sure to account for the additional carbs.
