This chicken salad is one of my keto staples. It is also a staple side dish in any Armenian house hold (literally). I am happy to say that I did not need to modify this dish to fit my keto lifestyle. It was keto to begin with!
This dish lives long in the fridge so I meal prep it for the whole week. Packed with fat and flavor, be sure to give this a try.
