Low Carb Blackberry Mojito

Ingredients

  • 8 Mint Leafs
  • 5 Blackberries
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1 OZ White Rum
  • 1 tsp Sweetener to taste
  • 1/4 cup Club Soda

Instructions

  1. Muddle together mint leaves, berries, sweetener and lime in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add rum and ice cubes to the cocktail shaker and shake.
  3. Pour mixture into a glass with ice.
  4. Finish of with club soda and a mint leaf garnish.
